Inspired by the founder Harry Bui’s childhood in Vietnam, Jelly Bird’s grass jelly is made from mesona chinensis, a plant form east Asia that’s super high in good things like amino acids and micro nutrients like polyphenol. It’s vegan, gluten-free and ready to be added to your favorites desserts.
